Cancellation Policy
NO REFUNDS once a single appointment or subscription plan is purchased. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING - Appointments rescheduled 24 hours in advance of your appointment time will be reschedule for free. RESCHEDULING - Rescheduling is based on availability and can result in significant delay in obtaining a new appointment. Rescheduling results that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a $25 fee and is due at the time of rescheduling. NO SHOWS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS - Appointments are considered "missed" 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Missed appointments can not be used as credits for future appointments. Any appointment missed ("no show") will result in the loss of funds.
